The Eolas Group Managed Service Desk provides tailored support to meet specific business requirements fielding Incidents and Requests via web portal, email, telephone and a range of system interfaces from end users, in house ICT staff and third parties
Our Service Desk is fully integrated with our infrastructure monitoring systems and acts as the single point of contact for all incidents and requests. The Service Desk works with all resolver groups from vendors and maintenance providers through to in-house ICT and business support teams.
The Eolas Group works with our clients to tailor support to your needs with various SLA’s to match your requirements. This can be resources on an ad-hock basis or resident engineers on site.
